1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier tracking.
Return requests submitted after this 14-day period cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made products
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photo evidence of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
After your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Depending on the product type, value, and return reason, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence before approving a return.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
If a discount or promotional code was applied, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears on your statement.
