1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States.

Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future. Available shipping destinations are always displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UAE public holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or UAE public holidays.

 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is typically 6–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

A more precise delivery estimate is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs processing, carrier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates within the United States:

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $100 USD or more
  • Standard shipping fee of $9.99 USD on orders below $100 USD

Shipping costs for other destinations, if available, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

 

5. Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on destination country regulations.

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
